Experience Required
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Salary
• Up to 8 LPA (Based on experience and skill set)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations of the company
• Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
• Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet
• Ensure accuracy in books of accounts and statutory compliance
• Work extensively on Tally for accounting and reporting
• Supervise and guide the accounts team
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
• Maintain financial records as per company and statutory requirements
